Delivery & Returns


Orders will be delivered to the delivery address provided at the time of ordering and will be made using our courier partner.

Your order may need to be signed for and we request that somebody is available to take delivery of your item. If you have ordered a large or heavy product, we recommend that you make appropriate arrangements to accept the delivery.

Delivery Costs

Delivery is free of charge to the UK Mainland*.

*Please note that the following postcodes are classified as Non-Mainland UK by our courier partner and therefore supplementary charges may apply. AB13-14, AB30-56, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25 and PO30-41

Any large items ordered through the website will be delivered by a third-party courier. Any products delivered in this way, will require assembly, and set up by the end user.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Orders received before 3pm will be dispatched within two working days. Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday and may take up to two working days.

If you have not received your order from us within 6 working days, please contact us.

Return Policy

We hope you will be happy with your order but we will accept the return of any UNUSED products within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Unused products should be returned with their order number and documentation. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning unused products and this cost is non-refundable.

Any product returned to us must be in its original condition. If it appears to have been used it will be returned to the sender and no refund will be issued.

East Coast Mobility will not be held liable for the loss in transit of any returned item(s). We advise you to ensure the products are adequately packed and insured during any return journey. We would also advise you to use a courier if you are unable to deliver the products personally.

If you require an alternative item, please place a new order on our website.

Restocking fees on larger products may apply.

Defective or unsuitable goods

It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the products on receipt. The Company will not be liable for loss or damage during transit unless you notify the Company of the nature of the damage within 7 working days of the date of delivery.

There will be no refund or exchange for damage caused by accident, neglect or misuse. We reserve the right to credit the Customer with the value of lost or damaged products at our sole discretion.

The Company’s liability in respect of any defective product is limited to its replacement and its cost of return.
